	The 'address space graphs' that used to be at ipv4space.TopLayer.com is
now at http://b-i.cs.mu.oz.au/ipv4space-19991030/index.html
	Note that the most recent datapoints are a bit more than a year old. 
I'm working on getting more timely data presently and will generate new
graphs once it is available.
