Titanium is the highest grade of 80 PLUS™-rated power supplies, requiring (at 120V) 90% efficiency at 10% load, 92% at 20%, 94% at 50%, and 90% at 100% (at 240V, higher efficiencies are mandated). All values are maxima, and are taken from product documentation.
Note that in many cases, there is a total limit on the sum of 5V and 3.3V that is less than the sum of the individual maxima. For instance, my EVGA Supernova T2 1000 claims the ability to output 20A of 5V (100W) and 20A of 3.3V (66.6W), but only 100W between the two.
