- Select pages: pdftk old.pdf cat pageranges output new.pdf
- Remove password: gs -q -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -sOutputFile=unencrypted.pdf -c .setpdfwrite -f encrypted.pdf
