Intel RDT

Intel's Resource Director Technology, present on some Intel processors since the Xeon E5 v3/Xeon E3 v4. Architectural support for RDT can be determined via CPUID. Initial RDT support was introduced in Linux 4.10 via the resctrl filesystem, and is documented at x86/intel_rdt_ui.txt. Certain aspects of RDT are exposed via the perf tool, others via pqos and rdtset (part of intel-cmt-cat).
